Woodland Mouse Hanging Decoration

Characterful hanging decoration in the form of a straw bristle mouse with scarf and pinecone detail, reflecting the tradition of rustic natural material ornaments associated with British countryside craft in the nineteenth century. Straw work of this kind has deep roots in British folk tradition, with plaited and woven straw figures once made as small tokens and charms in rural communities long before their adoption as festive decoration, prized for their simple, handmade charm. Charming gift choice for anyone who loves traditional, countryside-inspired decoration.
