Delivery Information
As a small business, we have elected to be transparent and charge for delivery and returns rather than adding these costs to our prices. Our delivery charges do not make money, and include the cost of packaging required to get your items to you safely. Wherever possible we avoid the use of plastic, but occasionally there is no sensible alternative.
We aim to use the most effective delivery service for the types of items we sell, and will choose your carrier based on the weight, size and fragility of the items you order.
Our delivery charges apply per order, with the exception of a modest surcharge for a 2-man delivery service for large items of furniture which are despatched separately.
Standard Delivery
The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £5.99.
This includes delivery to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and BFPOs.
Your order should arrive within approximately 3-5 days.
If you are not at home, the driver will either put the parcel in a secure place and post a card advising you where they have left it, or leave a card asking you to call the depot to arrange another delivery. If you prefer, we can deliver to your work address or a neighbour, please specify a different delivery address at checkout.
Next Working Day Delivery
The cost of next working day delivery is £9.99.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the following day.
Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
This service is only available to UK mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands and the following postcodes: AB1-99, BT1-99, DD8-11, GY1-99, HS1-99, IM1-99, IV1-23, 25-27, 30-32, 36, 40-56, JE1-99, KA27-28, KW1-3, 5-17, PA20-49, 60-78, PH19-26, 30-44, 49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE1-99.)
Personalised items and those which are sent direct from our supplier, cannot be sent by Next Working Day Delivery.
Any item that is out of stock at the time of sending the Next Working Day Delivery order will follow once back in stock.
Please note that next working day delivery does not include deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be shipped the following working day.
Delivery to a different address/gift recipient
If it is more convenient for you, we can deliver to a different address than your own, for example your place of work.
The delivery note will not show prices and we can also add your personal message for a gift.
We will send an order confirmation to your email address.

Delivery Process: Our delivery team plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with age verification. They will request identification upon delivery to confirm that you are of legal age. Unfortunately, we cannot leave alcohol deliveries in a safe space due to legal requirements. We do not ship outside of the UK.

Gift Delivery
Delivery to multiple addresses
If you would like to have items sent to different addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be applied to each address.
Orders which contain items temporarily out of stock
When we receive an order, we will immediately despatch all the items that are available from stock. In the unlikely event of one or more items being out of stock, we will forward these on together as soon as they have all come back into stock. This minimises the impact on the environment and the inconvenience of multiple parcel deliveries, and also enables us to take pre-orders on out of stock items without extra charge. If all of your items are on pre-order your order will be despatched in one parcel once the final product has arrived. Full payment has been taken with your order. Personalised & Furniture Delivery
Personalised orders, some heavy/larger items and furniture can take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Some of these can only be delivered to UK mainland addresses. This will be indicated in the delivery information on the product page.
Next working day delivery is not available on these items.
For larger items, delivery companies will only deliver to the doorstep of the ground floor and cannot allow their team members to enter a customer’s premises as their insurance does not cover this.
A delivery surcharge of £45 has been included in the price of heavy furniture for 2-man delivery. This will be indicated on the product in the delivery tab. The delivery company will contact you in advance to arrange delivery. Your order will be delivered safe and contactless to your doorstep.
Overseas Delivery
We have many customers around the world and are delighted to send orders to many countries outside the UK, via airmail.
We sincerely apologise if we used to deliver to your country but are now not able to.

Delivery to Europe should take 10-14 days, and outside Europe 14-21 days.
All deliveries will require a signature.

We regret next working day delivery is not available outside the UK.
A few of our items cannot be sent outside the UK for example, due to shipping restrictions. We have noted these in the item description.
Overseas Delivery Charges
Your delivery charge will be computed automatically based on the weight of the items you order. The charge will show on your online checkout, or be advised to you on the telephone if you have called to place your order.
Online, if your order would weigh more than the weight limits below, you will see a message prompting you to call +44 (0) 333 240 6039 for a delivery quote.
European Union
We are currently only delivering to the European countries listed below (as we have fiscal representation in these countries).
Orders will be delivered to these countries with customs duties and taxes prepaid ie there are no additional charges for our customers to pay.
Delivery to Europe will take around 10-14 days.
