Royal Crown Derby
Striking fine bone china paperweight, hand-finished and gilded with 22ct gold in the historic Royal Crown Derby factory, using traditional techniques passed down through generations of skilled artisans. The Royal Crown Derby porcelain works were established around 1750 and became renowned for their richly decorated and finely crafted ceramics. In 1775, the company was granted the privilege of including a crown on its backstamp by King George III, a mark of royal recognition and quality. This charming squirrel celebrates both British wildlife and the enduring heritage of English ceramics.
