Made in England and a charming chap for your garden, this dapper 'Ratty' ornament is based on the character of "Mr. Rat", one of the friends whose idyllic adventures were shared in ‘The Wind in the Willows, by Scottish novelist Kenneth Grahame. First published in 1908, the characters detailed lived in a pastoral version of Edwardian England.
