Charming pair of cast-bronze wrens by a contemporary artist, recalling the work of French animalier sculptor Jules Moigniez (1835-94). The animalier sculptors of the 19th century brought scientific naturalism and real sculptural ambition to bronze studies of birds and animals. Created using lost wax casting, this limited edition pair of 200 is engraved with its edition number and supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
