Cat Couple Sculpture

Cat couple sculpture, a charming study of feline companionship inspired by the work of Henriette Ronner-Knip (1821–1909), the Dutch-Belgian painter celebrated for her tender, naturalistic portraits of cats and dogs. Ronner-Knip built her reputation on closely observed studies of domestic animals at play, her detailed, affectionate depictions capturing personality and character in a way that set her apart from more sentimental animal painters of the period. Cast in polyresin with a softly brushed silver finish, this sculpture captures that same spirit of careful, affectionate observation. A delightful home accessory for any cat lover or admirer of fine animalier art.
