Description
‘Hercule Poirot's methods are his own. Order and method, and 'the little grey cells'’, Hercule Poirot in ‘The Big Four’ by Agatha Christie (1890-1976)
A jigsaw puzzle packed full of over 100 clues, characters and little nods to 38 of Hercule Poirot’s cases in novels, plays and stories by the doyenne of British crime-writing, Agatha Christie (1890-1976). Full of detail, complete the jigsaw and then exercise your own ‘little grey cells’ to spot 112 Poirot-related artefacts, characters and references to his most testing cases. From ‘The Mysterious Affair at Styles’ from 1920; to ‘Curtain’, published 1975, Poirot fans will delight in spotting false beards, aircraft blueprints, a slice of wedding cake, clocks set to 4:13pm, and more. Plus 17 characters, from Ariadne Oliver to Captain Arthur Hastings, and even one of the Belgian sleuths ‘vegetable marrows’. Pore over the intricate and witty contemporary design by New York-based illustrator Ilya Milstein and then refer to the double-sided image guide, annotated on the reverse with the Poirot related points of interest.

I really enjoyed doing this jigsaw. There is so much detail in it. You can also search for items from the Hercule Poirot stories, some of which are quite hard to find. Fortunately, a separate page is provided with all the items numbered in case you get stuck. Kept me busy for ages.
