Christmas House Advent Calendar

Created in sturdy, die-cut cardboard, the closed Advent is decorated on both sides to resemble a traditional German townhouse with the typical gable-roof of German Heimatstil architecture, a style popular at in the 1900s. Open the calendar to see inside with colourful family scenes in each of the twelve rooms, from the bustling kitchen where lebkuchen are being iced and the hall where a giant Christmas tree is being decorated; to the attic, where children feed their pet rabbits, and even the nursery, in which Father Christmas has fallen asleep while minding the baby of the house. With 24 doors on the inside of the design; both sides are embellished with sparkling iridescent glitter and gold foil to look festive from all angles when displayed standing. Open the doors to reveal gingerbread houses, decorations, children playing in the snow and a religious scene for Christmas Eve.
