Description
A jigsaw puzzle to create a stately festive scene inspired by Christmas at Blenheim Palace; from a painting full of charming details by contemporary British artist Alison Gardiner. Built 1705-22, the Oxfordshire seat of the Dukes of Marlborough was designed in splendour by Sir John Vanbrugh (1664-1726) and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The snowy scene presents the grand entrance and portico complete with liveried footmen building a snowman and pulling a present-filled sledge; choristers singing Christmas carols; a horse dressed in reindeer antlers; and even Father Christmas and his reindeer flying over the rooftop. Celebrate Christmas in palatial style with this absorbing and entertaining jigsaw puzzle.
