I was disappointed with this rug.
It doesn't really look like the picture in the catalogue and isn't the sort of rug I wanted.
Even more disappointed to be told I have to find a company and arrange to return it myself.
I shop online as I am house bound but, obviously, I will have to be more careful in future.
