Crystal glass night light with an internal kingfisher motif, resting on an FSC-certified walnut wood base and illuminated by warm amber-toned LED. The tradition of illuminated decorative glass stretches from the oil-filled vessels of antiquity through the stained glass of the medieval cathedral to the art glass lamps of Tiffany and Gallé, who at the turn of the 20th century made light itself the medium through which coloured and carved glass achieved its fullest expressive effect.
