Description
An engrossing paint-by-numbers kit to recreate ‘Thorpe’, 1968, a colourful floral design from the Liberty archive. Designed for Liberty by the Hayward Studio, the dense, ditsy design recalls the floral fabrics for which Liberty was famed in the 1930s. With a pre-printed canvas and pine wood easel on which to work and then display your painting, simply follow the numbered colour chart to complete the sections of painted colour. With three fine-tip brushes and twelve pretty, acrylic paint-shades you will see a carpet of flowers bloom as you paint. First created in the 1950s, paint-by-numbers kits were the invention of Detroit paint company owner Max S. Klein. With fine details to absorb today’s painters, the kit is sure to spark creativity.
