The tree of life has been used since ancient times to represent theories and mythologies, appearing in Celtic art through to the work of Arts and Crafts designers. Austrian symbolist artist Gustav Klimt portrayed his version of the tree of life in his painting, The Tree of Life, Stoclet Frieze. Reflecting its legacy across art and decoration, this elegant Tree of Life Wall Art is made from metal with an antiqued finish, the stylised silhouette branching out into striking leaves. The tree is attractive but it looks rather insignificant on my external brick wall. Also I am rather disappointed that it will need a protective coating. This should have been done by the manufacturer.

A beautiful looking piece of art that enhances my kitchen wall perfectly. It’s well made and sturdy and would look equally good on my balcony. I also love the way that the tree makes shadows due to it being curved.
