Description
Crafted by hand in Zimbabwe, each Hanging Open-Wing Bat has been sustainably made using recycled tin to create a unique piece of garden sculpture and art. Hang this metal bat with its wing closed in rest by its curved feet for an eye-catching feature that will be much admired in your outdoor space. This stylised piece has been inspired by folk art and the ornate, distinctive carvings of these nocturnal creatures found upon the misericords within the choir stalls of Lincoln Cathedral. By night and by day, our much-loved hanging bats will watch over your garden.

Lovely little bat, the only thing I'd change is the feet as d like them to not be a v shape to hang I'd prefer them to be more rounded but that's just because of where I thought I'd hang it, I didn't want it to be blown or knocked off so I've hung it indoors now

Lovely little character to go with his mate - the open winged bat, not a pair but I bought them together as a gift for my friend who adored the ones I already have. The finish is really good on both bats and I love the little details on their faces.
