This actual product is lovely which is why I ordered it, The confirmation came through stating that it was a pre-order with delivery from the 19/11/25. I ordered another item at the same time which was quoted as pre-order delivery from 25/11/25. The second item has been delivered but not the enrobed ginger one. I telephoned on 1st December to be told that they had reimbursed me for the missing product which was no longer available. However, I questioned whether I would get part of the postage back otherwise I was paying £6.00 for postage of one product! This was to be passed to customer services. In essence the product itself is very good and I would have given 5 starts for that, but non-delivery, lack of information - I was not told of the refund - and possible postage issue meant this was a 1 star review of Museum Selection rather than the product.
We are so sorry to hear that part of your order was cancelled due to being out of stock and for your delayed order.
