Pack of 20 Little Elephant's Christmas Cards

Charming Christmas cards which reproduce nostalgic illustrations by American children’s book illustrator Jean McConnell (fl.1930s-40s) for 'Little Elephant's Christmas', written by Heluiz Chandler Washburne (1892-1970), published 1938. Becoming a popular children’s series, the ‘Little Elephant’ books followed the adventures of everyday elephant-folk; the original festive story followed Little Elephant and his family’s preparations for Christmas, from trimming the tree to wrapping a woolly-trunk warmer for Grandpa. Fun and family-friendly cards to send seasonal good wishes near and far.
