Description
Christmas wrapping paper adapted from decorative illuminated lettering from a 16th century-French Alphabet Book, now in the collection of the Walters Art Museum, Baltimore, USA. Reproducing individual letters to spell ‘XMAS’ and ‘NOEL’ in intricate stripes, the lettering includes dainty details of irises with a butterfly, wild strawberries, cornflowers, aquilegia and dog roses. In two complementary colourways – of rich red and cream – the gift wrap is supplied in convenient folded sheets.
