Description
Atmospheric Christmas cards which reproduce Christmas postcards by historic German publisher Brück & Sohn, founded 1793. Reproducing paintings from 2000-2003 by G. Hildebrandt and an unknown artist (signed F.H.), the paintings depict 19th and early 20th century scenes at traditional Christmas Markets in Saxony. Including the bustling markets of Pirna, Seiffen and Freiberg, the jovial scenes are complete with handicraft stalls, Christmas trees, and the Christmas Pyramid and towering nutcracker which are noted attractions at Seiffen.
