Single malt Scotch whisky, made from malted barley at a single distillery and matured for a minimum of three years in oak casks, has been produced in the Scottish Highlands since at least the 15th century, where pure mountain water and the cool, peaty air contribute to its distinctive character. Service Rating:
The tin is embossed, attractive and would make a great gift in appearance, but also for the cake itself. I must admit I've had a better whisky cake before from another website, but this is flavourful with a good nose and taste of whisky and fruit.
