Description
A practical and decorative idea for your garden, introduce this sweet Mouse Rain Gauge, inspired by the charm of country cottages. Noted meteorologist George James Symons (1838-1900) dedicated himself to investigating the rainfall of the British Isles in the mid-late 19th century, and helped to standardise the standard rain gauge still used today. The design of this whimsical cast-iron mouse echoes a mid-19th-century decoration. The tiny mouse holds a 120ml glass rain gauge to measure rainfall in your garden.
