Description
Resin garden ornament depicting Winnie-the-Pooh with his head inside a honey jar in search of the last spoonfuls. Based on E.H. Shepard’s 1926 illustrations for A.A. Milne’s Winnie-the-Pooh, the pose captures the bear’s gentle humour and single-minded love of honey. Shepard’s pen-and-ink drawings brought Milne’s characters to life, securing their place in 20th-century children’s literature. This piece offers a nostalgic reminder of one of the most enduring fictional friendships. Suitable for outdoor use, natural weathering will occur.

Very sweet ornament but on arrival the surface was chipped. A great pity as it was a gift for a new baby.
Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that the Winnie-the-Pooh Ornament arrived chipped, particularly as it was intended as a gift for a new baby. Kind regards, Alice.

Nicely modelled ornament for the garden. Appears to be robust enough to withstand weathering, and pleasingly humorous.
