Colesbourne Snowdrop Stake

Echoing the curvilinear forms celebrated by late-19th-century Art Nouveau designers such as Eugène Grasset, this elegant steel stake features pendant snowdrops rendered with lyrical delicacy. Art Nouveau sought to dissolve boundaries between art, nature and craftsmanship, transforming everyday objects with stylised stems, fluid lines and botanical rhythms. The snowdrop, one of the earliest blooms of spring, held deep Victorian significance, symbolising purity, renewal and the quiet promise of light returning after winter.
