Build a Bee Hotel Kit

Make a home for nature and support Britain’s solitary bee population with a pine and bamboo kit to build a miniature insect ‘hotel’. Pre-drilled and cut wooden pieces slot together and affix with glue; then tuck into a sheltered garden spot and a variety of solitary bees and other helpful insects will be sure to make it their home in spring. Britain is home to around 270 bee species, of which almost 250 are solitary bee species. Amazingly diverse, the hollow tubes of the hotel make an ideal place for Red Mason, Leafcutter and Yellow-faced bees to shelter and lay eggs. Non-aggressive, these bees are vital pollinators and a very welcome addition to any garden.
