The ordering process and tracking went smoothly so I knew when the package had been delivered.
I ordered this from Canada to be delivered to my family member in England - a very useful way of sending a gift. The only hiccup was the online order form insisted on showing both delivery address and billing address as the same. I had to reassure the recipient that the item was indeed paid for by me. How can this part of online ordering be rectified to show the correct billing address?
