The designs include ‘St James's Park’ by Geoffrey Stone (1931-2005); ‘Maytime’ by Hubert Squires (1907-95); and ‘Southern Spring’ by Vernon Ward (1905-85). Royle Publications was one of the leading British greetings card companies in the post-war era, co-founded by visionary publisher Noel Carrington (1895-1989).
