I ordered this attractive photo frame as a birthday gift for a friend but was disappointed to discover that the frame was wrinkled a lot around the lower edge and round the corner. Phoned the office to ask for a replacement (and sent photo) which was very quickly arranged. I have accepted the replacement although there are 2 small areas of wrinkling on the top edge this time which will hopefully not be noticed by my friend who will not be looking for defects.
