Swan Bone China Clock Box

Elegant new bone china box clock box with decoration based on 'Swan, Rush and Iris', one of British artist and book illustrator Walter Crane's earliest designs for wallpaper, 1875, now held in the Victoria & Albert Museum. Gilded, with hinged metal rim and quartz movement clock, battery included. One of the most prolific illustrators of the 19th century, Crane was part of the Arts and Crafts movement, producing beautiful, stylised works across the decorative arts. Our Swan Bone China Clock Box reflects the design of this iconic era.

Directions for setting the time:
To set the time on our Swan Bone China Clock you need to take the clock face out by using something to gently `pop` it out of the bottom (there is a seam round it which you can see in the picture). Then once removed there is a winder to set the time.
