Description
Set of two glass decorations with a hinged opening to hold a gift, decorated with two complementary holly designs. Glass Christmas ornaments may have originated in the German town of Lauscha; by the second half of the 19th-century artisans were creating increasingly ornate designs. These metal-rimmed ornaments open and shut, so you can place trinkets, tokens and small gifts inside as a surprise for family and friends. Hang from your tree or mantlepiece with a delicate organza ribbon.
