Description

Embrace the charm of naïve folk art from the late 19th century with our Hand-carved Birds in Nest Sculpture. This delightful sculpture draws inspiration from the whimsical and rustic aesthetic of that era. Crafted from mushroom-like structures known as “wood roses”, unique formations occurring because of a parasitic mistletoe plant commonly found growing on the chinaberry tree. The combination of the artistic carving and organic origin adds a touch of intrigue to this enchanting sculpture. Each item is unique. Fair Trade.
