Description
Painted glass hanging Christmas decoration in the form of a wheelbarrow, drawing on the baubles that arrived in Britain from Lauscha, Germany, during the 1870s, when the Victorian Christmas tree was already well established. The humble wheelbarrow has a surprisingly long history. Paired with the matching watering can, it makes a lovely talking point on a gardener’s tree.
