The Dutch painter, known for his botanical art, contributed to 'Les Vélins du Roi', a collection of 6984 paintings of plants and animals started in 1631 to document specimens from the royal garden and animal collection. This linen dress is designed in a multicoloured floral print set against a soft blue background.
