Morris Daisy Tunic

Blue cotton tunic inspired by William Morris’s iconic ‘Daisy’ design from 1862, which marked his entry into wallpaper design for the Red House. This tunic features a relaxed fit with a mandarin collar, button-front fastening to just below the chest, and full-length sleeves with buttoned cuffs. It is detailed with knotted trim at the front opening and cuffs, and finished with gentle gathering at the side waist and side splits. The print draws from medieval tapestries and early botanical herbals, hallmarking the Arts and Crafts movement’s celebration of nature and craftsmanship. Morris’s pioneering work helped revive handcraft traditions and influenced textile design worldwide.
