Pretty printed cotton tunic evoking Victorian chintz designs, originally a calico textile from India, the term came to refer to many of the floral textiles printed to emulate the style. A collection of delicate flowers in hues of yellow, blue, and green printed on a pink background. This beautiful pattern is quintessentially British. Stylish ¾ length sleeves with a scoop neckline, finished with gathering from front bust seam and patch pockets.

This tunic is so pretty. I'm usually a size 8/10, so the Small size 10/12 is quite big on me, but I don't mind as I'd rather it was looser than tighter. It will be so lightweight & airy for the summer.

The "Chintz" cotton tunic I ordered is not chintz fabric. Chintz fabric is similar to polished apple/cotton fabric. The fabric in this top is thin printed calico cotton that you can see the design through to the next layer. The fabric had the look of being put in the wrong wash load with darks. I didn't even bother to try it on. This was my first purchase here and a bit wary to buy again. Loved the style and top but definitely not worth the price. Sorry for the harsh review...
