Woodland Owl Teal Socks

Light teal bamboo blend socks with a stylised owl and woodland motif inspired by the bird illustrations and wood engravings of Charles Tunnicliffe (1901-79). Tunnicliffe was one of the finest British wildlife artists of the 20th century, his prints and illustrations combining an intimate knowledge of birds in their natural habitat with a graphic clarity of line that made his work as decorative as it was scientifically acute. A lovely gift for the ornithophile or any admirer of British wildlife art.
