Celtic Knotwork Scarf

A soft blue viscose-blend scarf woven with a design inspired by The Book of Durrow, a 7th-century illuminated gospel book now in Trinity College Dublin. This early masterpiece of Insular art combines Christian iconography with intricate interlaced patterns typical of Celtic design. Such knotwork symbolised eternity and spiritual unity, making it a powerful decorative form. With reversed colours on the back and finished with tassels, the scarf brings ancient heritage into modern wear.
