Description

Elegant silk scarf features a printed design based on a panel of cotton from the 1830s, now housed in the Victoria and Albert Museum. Delicate pink blooms gracefully dance on a serene mid-blue ground, complemented by hand-rolled hems. The original cotton panel is decorated with clusters of roses and other flowers, reflecting the popular floral motifs of the period. Design will be paler on the reverse.
