Very disappointed with the quality of the finishing to one of the frames, looks it's been botched. The glass to both frames on the unfinished edges is damaged resulting tiny shards of glass on the glass and frames and the packaging. Due to time restraints I've had no choice but clean up the glass shards and insert the intended photos and wrap as a Xmas present. See the photos of the glass. I await your urgent reply. Both frames arrived badly cracked,the packaging was bad.igot a refund for the frames but they deduced the £5.99 I paid for postage.

The photo frame is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the glass was broken as it was pushed through my letterbox and smashed upon hitting the floor. The parcel was not labelled as fragile and consequently I cannot blame the postal service. Hence I can only give the product 4 stars.
