What is your returns policy and guarantee?


If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please return it to us unused, in its original packaging for an immediate exchange or refund.

We are unable to refund or exchange personalised items that are made to order unless faulty. For reasons of hygiene, we can only refund or replace earrings if they have a manufacturing fault.
 
Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
  
How do I return an item?
 
Simply complete the form on the reverse of your delivery note, enclose it in your parcel and use the pre---printed returns label. Please don't forget to affix the correct postage to the package.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting for any returned items.

How long will it take to receive a replacement item?

If you have requested an exchange, a replacement order will arrive in approximately 7 days. If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund. 
 
What if I am returning a damaged item?
 
We maintain a high standard of quality control on product packaging to ensure goods arrive with you in perfect condition. If an item should arrive damaged, please ensure that you notify us by telephone within 48 hours of receipt.
We will provide immediate replacement or refund of faulty items at our expense, this will be actioned as soon as the goods arrive with us.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt in our warehouse, please allow 14 days for clearance to your card account.
