Van Gogh Sunflowers Pencil Tin

Pencil tin decorated with a detail from Vincent van Gogh’s Vase with Twelve Sunflowers (1888), painted in Arles during one of the artist’s most productive periods. The sunflower series was intended to decorate the guest room of fellow artist Paul Gauguin, and has since become one of Van Gogh’s most recognised bodies of work. This tin, containing 12 double-ended good quality coloured pencils, offers both a practical art tool and a tribute to one of the most celebrated painters of the 19th century.
