Niederegger Marzipan Eggs

Produced by Niederegger, founded in Lübeck in 1806, these marzipan eggs represent over two centuries of confectionery tradition. Lübeck became synonymous with marzipan during the 19th century, when European tastes embraced almond-based sweets as luxurious delicacies. Niederegger’s recipes, guarded for generations, combine finely ground almonds with sugar to create a smooth paste, enrobed in dark and milk chocolate. This selection includes flavours such asdark chocolate, milk chocolate, pistachio, espresso, caramel-croquant, pineapple, and orange, reflecting the evolution of seasonal treats from artisanal origins to modern gourmet indulgence.
