Vintage Rugby Shirts Jigsaw

A scrum-ptious jigsaw puzzle to treat and try rugby fans in need of a sedentary challenge. The colourful, British-made design showcases 20 British and international rugby shirts, inspired by a 1930s illustration of ‘Some Famous Rugby Football Jerseys’ which appeared in ‘The Boy’s Own Paper’. From the classic jersey-designs with national emblems for England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales and France; to South Africa, Australia and New Zealand; alongside Harlequins, Leicester and Birkenhead Park, and unusual designs for teams such as the United Services, and Parisian rivals Racing Club of France and the Stade Français. Set against a befuddling grid-square pattern background, each shirt illustration includes the team’s name and requires patience to get the puzzle pieces into formation. An entertaining design celebrating the sport’s iconic collared sportswear.
