Bockhampton Cottage Trinket Box

A delightful enamelled trinket box inspired by Bockhampton Cottage in Dorset, the birthplace of English novelist and poet Thomas Hardy (1840–1928). Built of cob and thatch, the cottage remains much as it was during Hardy’s childhood and is now preserved by the National Trust. Hand-enamelled with sparkling crystals, this keepsake box captures the rustic charm of the cottage while offering a decorative place for treasured items. With a hinged lid and magnetic closure, it is both practical and a literary homage.
