Wooden Quoits Set

The game of quoits is thought to have come to Britain with the Roman invasion in AD 43; it flourished and was, notably, banned by King Edward III in 1361 lest it should distract Englishmen from archery. The game became especially popular in the 19th century, where both sward, sand, deck and indoor quoits variations were played.

Compact, painted wooden set with 4 rope hoops.
Simply screw the pieces together to assemble the 9 " tall jack.
4 players, age 5+.

There is no way to stabilise the stand on the ground. |I haven''t tried yet so not sure how effective the game will be. If OK, then should provide fun for even young children. Harmless and nothing can break.
