Victorian Hurricane Lamp

Electric hurricane lamp inspired by 19th century examples used with candles, oil and later electricity, in 1880 Cragside a mansion near Newcastle designed by Norman Shaw, was the first house to be lit electrically, using Swan's 'electric lamps'.

Cut glass hurricane shade with matching glass and brass base lamp.
13" tall x 6" wide with 68" cord.
Requires 1x 60w E14 candle bulb (not supplied). Suitable for UK wiring only.
Wipe clean with a dry cloth.
