WIN ONE OF FIVE PAIRS OF TICKETS TO THE ASHMOLEAN MUSEUM'S SPRING EXHIBITION.
Works from the Hall Collection
4th February - 15th May 2016
Cultural icon, celebrity and provocateur, Warhol remains one of the most influential figures in contemporary art.
This major exhibition shows, for the first time in public, an important private collection that presents a revealing and at times unfamiliar side to the artist. See over 100 paintings, screen prints, sculpture and drawings as well as films including Kiss and Sleep.
Curated by Sir Norman Rosenthal, the exhibition spans Warhol’s prolific career, from iconic works of the 1960s including Pop masterpieces such as Brillo Box and Jackie, to his celebrity portraits of the ’70s and ‘80s and the experimental creations of his last highly productive decade.
